BLOODGUT IS Roger "ROGGA" Johansson (Demiurg, Paganizer, Ribspreader, Edge of Sanity). BLOODGUT is dirty doomy death / grind, under-produced on purpose!!! BLOODGUT brings you direct flashbacks to (old) Carcass, Autopsy / Abscess, Impetigo, Necrony, Rottrevore and Dead (Ger) and also Grave and Laethoria. Nevertheless, it’s still original and catchy.
The album is recorded at the ROTPIT Studio’s (Bone Gnawer, Demiurg) and mixed by Rogga, mastering was done by Dan Swanö (Necrony, Opeth, Edge of Sanity etc.).
Artwork is made by the talented Hungarian Peter Sallai (Bornholm, Forest Silence, Damned Spirits' Dance). Rogga’s comments on the booklet and artwork: "This Sallai master is a great artist, its almost scary haha, I am almost scared with the artwork and layout. It feels like a zombie film but its an album, and I love that feeling".
