Coffin Creep was spawned in a river of whiskey surrounded by green smoke to the tunes of Black Sabbath, early 2014 in Malmö, Sweden. Their musical influences differs a lot, but the reason they set sails for death metal is because it's a genre that they truly feel connected to when it comes to playing. In 2014, 2015, and 2016 they recorded and released three demo tapes through Sound Of Records entitled "Enter The Creep", "Howls From The Graveyard", and "Rot" respectively - consisting of four original tunes on each tape. These tunes became the ones Coffin Creep recognized themselves by as a band. In 2017 they decided to re-recorded all of them and what they had become, to make up their first full-length record. Done and done, it was released by themselves as "Corpse Defiler" - which were followed by an EP entitled "Wormfood" in 2018. In early 2019 they decided to start from scratch and spew forth new material for a second full-length. Musically and lyrically they let this beast take whatever shape it had to as they descended deeper into the twisted fuck that is Coffin Creep. This second full-length has been given the title "Voids" and it’s finally about to be unleashed. In a sense, this is the bands first true full-length as it was written as one - whereas "Corpse Defiler" was a collection of tunes already recorded and released compiled together as one. Their music is honest and real. They're not trying to be what they aren't. Death metal is the force through which they channel whatever madness they evoke as a band!
