GlerAkur is the moniker Icelandic composer and sound designer Elvar Geir Sævarsson has chosen to create unique cinematic inspired music.
This is a seperate venture to his engagement at the National Theater of Iceland, drawing inspiration from Post Rock, Drone, Ambient and Black Metal.
The release of GlerAkur's debut EP "Can't You Wait" will coincide with Prophecy Fest 2016.
With the title track, Sævarsson gives us an impression of GlerAkur's first album, which is being completed at the moment, whereas the songs "Polycide" and "Willocide" are EP exclusives.
