Hi-Speed Rockets are a new band, but only in the recording field. The rockets were ignited for the first time already close to a decade ago. All four musicians are troupers of the genre – each one of them has a career of over 30 years in the Finnish rockabilly circuit. On top of that, the singer Alex Ojasti is also known as one of the founding members of the multiplatinum selling Finnish dancepop group Aikakone (Time Machine in English). But old habits die hard and with Hi-Speed Rockers Alex returns to his first love – rockabilly music.
