Irony of Fate, a Swiss female fronted melodic death-metal band from canton Berne released their debut album "Pray for Freedom...Prepare for Extinction" in 2018. Now it’s about time for "Wicked & Divine"! The lyrics in this new release are multifarious, covering socially critical themes such as in "Hypocrite", moreover, inner conflicts as in the song "Mind vs. I", and spirituality as in "Wicked & Divine". To their fans, Irony of Fate present a spectre of sound which is inspired by the Pantera, Metallica, Behemoth, Arch Enemy and Insomnium. During the creative process for the album, the band’s drummer Greg recorded at "Kohlekeller Studio" (Aborted, Hämatom, Powerwolf, Crematory). Mixing and mastering was done by Frederik Nordström.
