The Fifth album from the legendary Black Metal heroes from Germany. Formed in 1988 Desaster’s aim has always been single minded: to follow the path of bands like VENOM, HELLHAMMER or DESTRUCTION – to play Black Metal without compromises. The band has been critically lauded since ‘96’s debut “A Touch of Medieval Darkness” was released. The band celebrated its 10th anniversary in late 1999 with the double LP “Ten Years of Total DESASTER”, which included a collection of rare and unreleased material together with some new stuff. Numerous line up changes have never diluted Desaster’s purpose or delivery of old school Metal, even more power and heaviness has been added to the traditional Black Metal of DESASTER, which will break the necks of all real headbangers!
