The San Diego purveyors of brutal death metal Condemned are back after a long-awaited return with their third full-length album entitled His Divine Shadow. The new album vows to continue their legacy with their classic signature sound of crushing brutal guitar riffs, fast chaotic grooves, heavy punishing breakdowns, fast Suffocation/Disgorge style blast beats and dark atmospheric ambiance. Condemned have pushed more new boundaries and the progression of their brutal death metal style with influences in the vein of old school death metal fused with the classic California style brutality. The concept of this new Condemned era takes you through a vast horrific tale of a darkened parallel universe inhabited by an insect humanoid civilization that lives dominated and enslaved by a dark mysterious ruler whom they call "His Divine Shadow". The albums 10 track production was recorded and edited at Trench Studios by producer John Haddad, mixed by Art Paiz at Mana Recording based in St. Petersburg, FL and mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side Music based in New Windsor, NY. Album cover design was created by Swedish artist and designer Par Olofsson and the album logo art was created by the (lord of the logos) Christophe Szpajdel.
