Born and raised in a small town by a blue collar family. This has truly made me who I am - it defines the morals, the values, the integrity and passion for anything and everything I do. This upcoming album, Should Have Days - Could Have Mades, is a textbook example of the different phases I have experienced thus far, throughout my life - from picking up the guitar for the first time at the age of 7, to saying goodbye for the last time to his grandpa.
Songwriting for my part started very unexpectedly - never really thought that was built in me. I just felt the urge to channel all my stories out. I tried poetry but I just simply sucked at it. Pickin' up my mom's old & cheap guitar just made everything complete. A song called Jack & Coke in this album is the first "country song" I ever wrote. It's my road diary from my first trip to Smoky Mountains, NC and Nashville, TN. It really kick-started my writing. Also writing in Nashville has brought a lot of new elements on my writing and storytelling.”
