Siamese Fighting Fish (SIFIFI) is a strange and playful band, which has composed an album that stands on its own feet with a very unique sound. The sound is complex and the compositions shift relentlessly between beautiful melodies and brutal explosions of guitars and noise. The band is working with a dark lyrical universe inspired by the background of lead singer Mirza Radonjica and his life as a fugitive in the European society and culture. An upbringing that has left him torn between his Muslim background and his western way of living. Before signing to Mighty Music the band have played support slots for such acts as Funeral For A Friend, Scars On Broadway and won the Danish Melody Maker Contest. Since the Danish release of their critically acclaimed debut album "We Are The Sound" the band have been very active on the Danish and foreign live scene. On the 22th of January they kicked of one of the largest tours a Danish debut band has ever played. Since then the band has played shows every week until the 26th of may resulting in 30+ shows in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Benelux and Italy. Now the band is set for an international release. Siamese Fighting Fish is an ambitious and modern band and they have been praised for their artistically ambitions on the behalf of rock and metal.
