Dark philosophies, dark poetry and dark introspection unite and become the Sources of I's many "Faces". Once he had moved from Belgium to Bulgaria right after he recorded the WE ALL DIE (laughing) debut full-length, "Thoughtscanning”" back in 2013, Deha started putting the finishing touches to some releases by his other projects, like the MERDA MUNDI "VI (khaos)" full-length, the forthcoming YHDARL full-length, the C.O.A.G. part for the "Monsters! (six of a kind)" split with Total Fucking Destruction, Infected Society, Miserable Failure, Department of Correction and Unsu, etc. but was really into connecting with the local scene and go out of the studio and play live with this new band in which he wouldn't be the only creative mind. SOURCES OF I was born and it wasn’t long until he found musicians to join in past and current members of Bulgarian acts The Cripple God, Dimholt, Upyr and Center, namely Dragshan, Delian and Vortep. "Faces", the debut by the band, is a 21 minutes epic doomy Black Metal journey into dark philosophies and negative introspection, full of crushing melodies and viciously intense anthems of darkness with already a very strong and unique identity, somewhere between early Gorgoroth’s sick and wicked, violent, approach of Black Metal, moodier moments of Shining or the dark atmospheres of old Drudkh. Third track is a tribute to the poetry of Belgium’s Emile Verhaeren. Produced at the HHStudio (Merda Mundi, Yhdarl…), SOURCES OF I's "Faces" will be released in August 2015 by KAOTOXIN's new sublabel, TANQUAM AEGRI SOMNIA, as a stricty limited edition of 500 handnumbered copies as deluxe DigiSleeve CD.
