Beautifully raw and explosive, the TRUCKFIGHTERS’ debut full-length was recorded at Orebro, Sweden’s Bombshelter Studios, a decommissioned war bunker chosen specifically to capture the band’s titanic, Bonham-esque drum sound. Built on this slab-solid foundation, Gravity X seethes with earthy distortion, and unfolds in a thunderous series of peaks and valleys hewn from the fuzzed-out attack of FU MANCHU, the piledriving crush of MASTODON, and the melodic gleam of QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE.
